Office 2007 coverter for Office 2004 for Mac

Did microsoft forget about this, or at least would they make an effort to
have one for download that works? I have downloaded the 0.2.1 beta and it's
not recognizing the excel files. Word and others seem to be ok. I
downloaded the 0.1.1 beta and that worked like a charm before, but now it's
not available. Does anyone know where I can fine one that works?

Currently user IMac w/ Intel Core2 Duo running Leopard with Office 2004
fully auto updated.
