Office 2007 Crash - while openning or Saving

I operate Office 2007 Enterprize on Vista Home Professional, both with the
latest Service Packs.
When I open or save a file with all the Office programs, the file manager
window appears with columns of zero width (maybe one chr), and if I try to
change column width, the pogram crashes.
Also, attaching a file on Outlook crashes the program.

Please advise

I tried to boot on Safe Mode. The open / save dialogue box did not ever
appear in no office application...
