Office 2007 - Create New Folder Preferences

When creating new folders in Outlook, is there a way to "globally" indicate
preferences/options of the new folder. For example, each new folder I create
has the Reading Pane turned on (I want it off), messages get Arranged By
"Show in Groups" (I only want it arranged by Date), and I want the "To"
column heading to be displayed. Currently I have to go into each new folder
I create and change these settings. Seems like there should be a way to
indicate that I want all new folders set up this way. Thanks
