Office 2007 ...Do you find it slow?

Compared to Office 2003, I find the programs slow, too slow - slow in opening
up and slow in operating. I have a new laptop with Core Duo 2 so I dn't think
it's my computer's problem.

Does anybody else think it's slow?

there was a posting recently that
discovered the pdf convertor included
in 07 had caused some issues.

you might try a search for these
postings and see which
file(s) can be deleted.....

personally, i had no issues with 07
other than the ribbons were a distraction
for me...

I moved from Windows XP SP2 and Office 2003 to Windows Vista Business and
Office 2007 on a Dell M70. The Office 2007 apps open and respond to input
much more quickly and tend to be less quirky than the Office 2003 apps. Don't
know how much of this is due to the new OS, how much is due to the
applications, and how much is due to a happy confluence of the two.
