I have a document created with Word 2007 and saved as the standard docx
extension. When it is sent via Outlook, Antigen on Exchange will quarantine
it and classify it as Virus name: "UnwritableCompressedFile". If I save it
as Office 2003 format, it does not get quarantined. I've even deleted all of
the content from the document and it still gets quarantined. I've also tried
copying the contents to a new docx file and it does not get quarantined. So
there's something embedded in the doc that is causing this to occur. I need
to find out what in order to advise users when they encounter this. I've got
the work around, but would like to know why it's getting quarantined.
Thanks.
