We just upgraded to 2007 Professional from I think 2003 which had OCR...Was
called Document Imaging and Document Scanning that was under Office Tools.
Is it in the 2007 version? If so, I cant find it and need to have it.

HI Greg,

MS Office Document Imaging and Scanning are included in Office 2007 as optional installation items. You can add them from the
Microsoft OFfice choice in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel.

2003's OCR software isn't worth the effort. I've been doing a lot of OCR
work lately. I've been bringing it home to do that part of it because
Office's OCR needs waaaaay too much tweaking. My scanner uses Text Bridge
and because it interprets the texts better, I have less editing to do.
