Office 2007 Downgrade Please

Ugh! I hate Office 2007 bells and whistles. Namely to the look and
functionality of Word & Outlook with it's gaudy toolbars and using
Calibria(?) as it's default text. I've used Office 2003 for over 4 years.
But my company has licenses for Office 2007 and that's what's installed on
our office PCs. I work from home. I'm a techie and have priviledges as Admin
on my PC...I'm running Windows XP, SP2; Office 2007. Besides downgrading to
Office 2007, is there a way to apply the condensed toolbars and overall look
and feel of Office 2003 to Office 2007? I don't want to uninstall it off my
work PC but have the liberty to alter it's functionality to get my work
done...similar to working in Office 2003, if applicable. For instance, for
those of you who like Vista but are stuck with Windows XP, there are websites
that allow you to apply the 'bells & whistles'...look and feel of Vista onto
your XP OS. Can I do the same for Office 2007? Thanks in advance!

There's no Office-wide setting that changes your interface to mimic the
look-and-feel you're accustomed to from Office 2003 and before. One thing
you CAN do is minimize the ribbon (right-click on it). You can also change
the color scheme to something less blue through options (Office Button -->
Options --> Popular). I know that neither of these is what you really want,
but I think it's the closest you can get.

I agree - I HATE OFFICE 2007! I have used office, excel, word mostly for
many many years, then we get office 2007 and they changed about everything!
all those years of getting to know the programs is now lost - How can I make
office 2007 look like the old office 2000/2003 - is there anyway to change
the way it appears and revert back to the basic old office look and tools?

Please help! Office 2007 new look and commands is really BAD.... --
