Office 2007 email address by last name

In Office 2007 I try to send emails, the email addresses come up alpha by
FIRST name of the
Individuals in my contact / address book. The names in the contact / address
book is filed by LAST name order.

How do I get the pop up contact list to be by LAST name; cannot find this
option to correct anywhere.

Control Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts->Directories->View or Change - set your order there.
