I just upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007. I send out daily status to
my org, which include up to 2 bmp's in the email. Before, in Office2003,
these emails would be no bigger than 500kb or so. Now, with 2007, the emails
are as big as 5-10MB. In both cases, I use the Rich Text Format. Is there
anything I can do to decrease the size of these emails so I don't kill
everyones inboxes?
FYI - I've been told to send the bmp's (pictures of excel) due to the our
executives being able to view them on their blackberry's, so I don't think I
can change that.
