Office 2007 Enterprise Edition

I see a number of individuals selling Office 2007 Enterprise edition. Is
this legal? I thought Enterprise was only for companies to load on employee
PCs.

That or the Home Use Program. Unfortunately some people have no issues with
committing the crime of software theft.
