Hi Tom,
I'm not sure I'm following your question completely.
While the previous versin menus in the core Office apps have been replaced by a series of tabbed Ribbons, many of the older keyboard
shortcuts work in Office 2007 apps, but the locations have been moved to new homes on the ribbon.
For example from the old Edit menu all of the Alt, E, (next letter) keyboard shortcuts from Word 2003 seem to work in Word 2007 even
if the commands are in new locations.
This is a page of worksheets you can download for 'was/is' location of commands for Office 2003 vs Office 2007 apps.

or just the Ribbon mapping worksheets:

Where did the ALT-E functions go? How do I get my Alt-F, Alt-E and my Alt-I
functions back? Please help.
