office 2007 fails, error about pre-release

C

Chad

This is my first time installing anything Office 2007, which I got the iso
from MSDN. Upon loading the cd, it tells me it fails to uprgade from
pre-release. Odd, I never installed anything but Office 2003, which I even
uninstalled prior to trying yet again, same error

I have XP Media Center 2005 on Sony Vaio Core 2 Duo system.

I uninstalled Office 2003, never installed Office 2007 versions of any kind
either.

What to do?

Did you install the Expressions Web Designer? If yes, remove it.
