Office 2007 HELP displays VB code instead of any HELP information

All of my Office 2007 programs have begun showing VB code rather than actual
help information. Is there a setting or link that needs to be changed? SP2
and Help updates have been installed.

Apparently this is the result when the HELP command is restricted to "local
computer" versus on-line access.
