I am having what appears to be a unique issue with the Office 2007 Pro Plus
help files in all of the Office applications. If the user has local
administrator rights on the PC they open fine, if they have user level
permissions they receive the following message from the "Microsoft Office
Viewer help" - "There is a problem with one or more installed help files.
Please repair your Office installation and try again."
Needless to say I have tried the repair a couple times and even verified it
has all the same help files as another system that does not receive this
error. Using this on Windows XP SP3. This has the same exact install as all
the other systems in the same group. Any ideas?
I do not have a way to try offline vs. online because it just gives me the
message above and there are no other options other than to open it when I
right click the help button.
