Office 2007 Home and Student annoying banner

I have Office 2007 Home and Student version. How can I get rid of that
annoying "non-commercial usage" banner at the top of the screen? Makes
it look like a shareware version.

You can't get rid of it. I'd say it is a small price to pay for getting
Office 2007 at a fraction of the "regular" cost. And in case you
forget, it is a reminder to you that the Office 2007 Home and Student
Edition's Software License Terms prohibit your using the software for
any commercial, non-profit, or revenue-generating business activities.
