I downloaded and installed the trial version just fine. I purchased a full
copy and could not upgrade the trial version, the upgrade would not complete
and there were no error messages. I also could not uninstall for the same
reason. I followed article 928218 and did a manual uninstall of the trial
version. When I insert the disk for the full version I input the license key,
the configuration screen appears and the green bar goes all the way across
while accessing the cd, then the process stops and just sits there. It will
not proceed but lets me cancel the setup. I am running 64bit Vista on a new
computer.
