office 2007 home and student upgrade

just bought a new vista vaio which came with a free version of 2007 H&S which
i havent loaded yet. what i really want is Outlook, not outlook express, but
cannot find any info on the MS website regarding whether I can do that
upgrade, or if there is a price. i live in china and getting the english
software is hard, so ideally i want to download it.

anyone know anything about this?
