office 2007, how do I open address book

New computer, windows 7, transfered all data and loaded microsoft word 2007,
lost address book. how do I open and set up a new address book.the caption
shows address book choice in light print. will not open

HELP

The address book function in Word is provided by Outlook which must be the
default e-mail application. Enter (or import) your addresses to Outlook
Contacts.
