office 2007 image previewer error

Hi when i have a .png file attached to an email i cannot open it by clicking
it and previewing it with the image previewer, if i double click to open it
sais no preview available and if i save as and open it does the same.

I can forward the email with attachments to a different person with outlook
2007 and they can open and preview the images fine.

Any body know why i get this error and if there is a fix.
