For two days I have been trying to resolve this same issue and it's been the
run around with downloading updates or speaking to someone in India that I
can hardly understand for 4 hours, yep 4 hours and it still isn't resolved. I
needed this for school (Ultimate steal office 2007), I've paid for it and
can't use it. it does not have a
product code... just the product key so your reply to this post hasn't
helped me. Any other suggestions? May I also mention I am a full time adult
student, I cut back all expenses ie:Landline, so the 4 hour unresolved India
calls are not an option. Thanks for reading...
