Office 2007 Install/Uninstall

Yesterday, I was installing Project Professional 2007 when my computer
crashed (BSOD). After restarting, I attempted to begin the installation
again.

The install began and the install informed me that there was an installation
in progress and asked if I wanted to stop that install. I am paraphrasing
here, I don't remember exactly what occured exactly. I opted to stop the
previous install and the new install continued on for a few minuted and then
it rolled back and I recieved the The Office installation ran into errors.

Now I can't install or uninstall any office products at all. The install
begins and then rolls back. This is where the Setup log file starts rolling
back:

Any suggestions? I am ready to do a system restore and start from scratch.
