Office 2007 installation Error 1317

Hi.
I would lilke to keep my Office2003. Therefore I am trying to install
Office2007 on another location.
When I have selected keep existing installation and selected another path
(On another drive), the following error occurs: "Error 1317. Setup cannot
create the folder D:\*. Verify that the path
exists in your system and that you have suffient permissions to update it."
Sufficient permission is given.

Any idea why?

Looking forward for an solution.

Office 2007 by default installs to a version specific folder, provided you
dont use the upgrade option 2003 will remain. However you have to uninstal
Outlook 2003 if you want to use Outlook 2007

By default;
Office 2003 = Office 11 folder
Office 2007 = Office 12 folder
