Office 2007 installation fails and rolls back on VPC

I get this error when trying to install Office 2007 on a VPC
The VPC is fully patched and up to date using WUS

This is the error i get in the log file before the roll back starts.

Error: Failed to install product: ErrorCode: 1603(0x643)

I don't want to install this on my desktop but i need to start to evaluate
all the 2007 BETAs

The OS is XP Pro SP2 and is fully patched using WUS.
