OFFICE 2007 INSTALLATION

Ok, so I bought the Office Ultimate 2007 from The Ultimate Steal through
Microsoft. I downloaded it to my computer and when when I try to run it, a
message comes up that says: "The installation of this package failed." If
anyone knows what to do, PLEASE help me!!!

How about listing any error code that comes up with the message. Is you XP
system updated to at least SP2 or is your Vista machine properly updated?
It won't install on any OS prior to XP SP2.

If SP2 is service pack 2, then yes.
