Ok, I has a user that when opening a specific .doc file that contains a table
w/ macros or vba in it gets the Office installer firing up everytime.
If I give the user admin rights it works fine. If as the user I run the
installer and then do the needed reboot, the installer fires off again. If I
cancel the installer it gives me an error 1st about macro/vba support not
enabled, then after clicking OK it gives me an error about a corrupted table.
Other users can open this file without a hitch.
Office 2007 is installed with every option enabled.
User has full control over document and the c:\program files\Microsoft
Office folders
user is owner of document.
office sp1 is installed, office diags shows no problems.
at wits end, please help.
