I have Office 2007. Is there any settings that allow me have Office 2003
interface? Like in Vista, you can have XP interface.

Only by installing third-party utilities.
You should really get to know it as this will be the way forward for all MS
applications AFAIK.....it's quite easy when you get into it.

If you can overcome your knee-jerk reaction -- and if I did, anyone can --
you will find that the ribbon is a brilliant idea. Not perfect, by any
means, but no interface is.

At the very least, you ought to become accustomed to it; it's the future of
Office, it's in Windows 7 and it's showing up in more and more third-party
software.

The ribbon is nothing more than a menu in the guise of a toolbar. You've
been using toolbars for years.

Regrettably, not without using 3rd party add-ons, as others have already
noted. However, from what I've read of Office 2010, you will be able to
customize the Ribbon extensively. Presumably, one will be able to make it
look like the classic UI w/o resorting to 3rd party add-ons and/or custom
programming.
