Did you notice the part in the error message about an invalid Office Volume
License Key?

I suspect that the OP may have been ripped off by one of the many online
scammers selling pirated copies of Office.

So do I. I went to that site - it just amazes me that people will convince
themselves that these sites are legit. There are directions for how to
obtain refunds but I think Danny is out some hard earned money.

instantegoods.com from where the OP downloaded from is quite well known for selling pirated copies of everything not just Office.
They are known more in the European newsgroups (especially ru) than here in NA
