Office 2007: IP 2003 Download

I'm attempting to download an IP 2003 template called "Applicant rating"
from the following URL
(http://officebeta.iponet.net/en-us/templates/TC010785071033.aspx?pid=CT101442071033).
I receive the following error message:

InfoPath 2003 was not found
To download and use this template, you need to have Microsoft Office
InfoPath 2003 installed on your computer. This program was not found on your
computer.

I do not have IP 2003 installed on my machine but do have IP 2007 installed.
When I tried to download a OneNote 2003 template I received a similar
message but was given the option of downloading the CAB file instead. That
worked fine.
