Office 2007 - Junk mail not recognising "safe" senders

I have an issue where mant "trusted" senders are ending up in Junk mail.


I have added them individually to the Safe senders list, and the domain to
the safe senders list. But still they end up in Junk.


I am using Outlook 2007, on Vista Home.
