Office 2007 Language pack install problem

Hi I bought an italian language pack for my office 2007. The first
installation gave me no problems, but now I have to install it again and my
serial number do not work anymore. After 14 email to microsoft support I
don't know what else to do.
Anyone has same problems?

Be patient, maybe someone will see your problem that knows, BUT you
didn't provide much information as to what didn't work, any error
messages or anything else.
