Office 2007 Locks Up

I have posted a query re this before but cannot find the post again??

Outlook, Word and Excel are all locking up on my PC. They can all be opened
when I first start my PC however when Oulook is left for a while it is
imposssible to open up it just stays minimised on the task bar. Excel and
Word both lock up if I try and open a file from my computer or windows
explorer.

I have tried repair, diagnostics and reinstall nothing works. I run AutoCAD
with no problems so cannot see that memoery is a problem.

Operating system is Windows XP.
