Office 2007 -- Looks like it is running in safe mode

I just downloaded the Office 2007 Beta and Technical Refresh tonight. All of
the program seem to be working properly, but there is a problem. Every
program that I open looks like it is running in safe mode. The Ribbon
doesn't display correctly...I can't get it to look like the nice toolbar in
the pictures. Instead, it is an ugly gray color with big icons. I have
tried playing with the resolution, and that doesn't fix anything. Does
anyone have an idea as to how to fix this? Any help would be greatly
appreciated!

I did run office diagnostics and it didn't come up with anything. I am
completely stumped as to why it would be doing this. My computer meets and
exceeds all of the requirements for this program. Any other ideas?
