Office 2007 names displyed in select name for email

Hello
I had to reformat my desk top recently and when I reinstalled my address
book in outlook and then config the way I like it I found 1 problem. When I
click on the to button in my new message window and it displays the select
names: Contact window all the contacts are listed last name first. All the
new contacts that I have added lately are first name then last. That is how I
like it to display and that is how it is displayed everywhere else. So how
can I fix this?

I checked that and it is set to First Last

Tools > Account Settings > Address Book Tab > Outlook Address Book >
Change... > Set sort order there

Then keep examining the problem. Outlook is doing what you've told it to. It
cannot do otherwise.

That is why I am here asking the question. It is not doing what I asked it to
do. I asked it to disply names First and Last it is displaying Last, First.
So what I should probable do nest is to erease it and re sync the address
book. I did not want to do this if there was a config I did not know about.

Provide an example of a Contact that has its First and Last Names in the
correct fields but fails to display that way in the address book view. If
you configured the Contact and the view correctly, it won't happen.

Did you at any time import some of these contacts?
