Office 2007 not installed, but Vista wants to update it?`

I removed a trial installation of Office 2007 that came with my new
PC, and installed (and prefer to use) Office 2003.
However, every time I run Windows Update (Vista Business 64), several
Office 2007 updates appear and are marked 'important'.
How can I stop this from happening? It is quite annoying...

You might want to check as to exactly what the update is
Within MS Update you can add updates to an ignored list
