Office 2007 OCT Excel settings

I can not seem to find where to set the following Excel settings in OCT.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I want to Disable Data Connection Warnings and Workbook Link Warnings. I
want to enable DataConnection and Workbook linking for all systems.
