I have just purchased a new PC and also Office Ultimate 2007.

I have installed everything on the DVD, but I cannot get help help either
when pressing F1 or clicking the help button.

Everytime I attempt to start help I get a Dialog box that comes up Microsoft
Ultimate 2007.... Configuration Process. A progress bar moves across the
screen, and eventually I am asked to re-boot for nthe chnages to takes
effect.

Aftre I have rebooted nothing seems to have changed. The next time I try to
call the help files the configuration process occurs and after a re-boot
nothing has changed.

My Office 2007 seesm to work in every other way, juts no help available.

Can anyone help?

I have just discovered that although I have the required regitsry key, I do
not have the MSIServer.exe file in the required location - I actually cannot
find it at all.

How do I correct this problem?

I can find pages on the web on correctly a bad instalation, but I cannot
find a copy of the file to register it!
