Office 2007 pasting issue

We have recently upgraded to Office 2007 and one of our users is experiencing
a really weird issue. If she copies something (e.g. a line of text) from one
Office app, and opens another, and pastes the text in, it pastes as a pdf
icon. However, if the other app is open before she copies the text, it pastes
normally.

I can't replicate this at all, and can't find anything on the web to
indicate that it's a known issue. Has anyone come across this at all? I've
watched her do it, and she is using normal keyboard shortcuts to do the copy
and paste.

The likely culprit is an add-in that uses the Clipboard when an Office app
is started. Here's more information and some steps you can use to find the
add-in:

Note that once you find it for Word it will either clear the issue up for
the other apps or point you in the right direction for finding it in the
others.
