Office 2007 personalized settings lost on Vista Home Premium

Hello,

I am using Office 2007 on Windows Vista Home Premium. Every time I
start Word or PowerPoint, I find that all the personalized settings
are lost and reverted back to defaults. For example: auto
capitalization settings and recently used fonts.
