office 2007 PIA instalation help needed

I tried to install o2007PIA an a laptop with vista and Office2007 pro. I
receive an error msg :
Error 1316. Setup cannot read from file E:\OfficePIA\PIARedist.MSI. Check
your connection to the network or cd-rom drive. For potential solutions to
this problem see SETUP.CHM

I have the same problem. I searched the hard drive but the file is not
there. it is also not on my office 2007 cd. help!
