Office 2007 post installation test scenarios

We have successfully installed Office 2007 and would like to perform pilot
testing with users. Does anyone have a testing scenario document which
includes:

1. A scenario to ensure that Outlook is working ok.
2. A scenario to ensure that Word is working ok.
3. A scenario to ensure that Access is working ok.
4. A scenario to ensure that Excel is working ok.
5. A scenario to ensure that Publisher is working ok.

and any other scenarios used to validate that Office 2007 is installed and
working properly.
