Office 2007 Pro & BCM

B

Brandon

I just installed Office 2007 Professional (not plus) which was supposed to
include Business Contact Manager, but as far as I can tell, it's not
installed. Is there an extra step involved in installing BCM?

I downloaded these files from the MS site (trial edition) and entered my
unlock code. Also, some have suggested that BCM was part of download 2, but
all that was in download 2 was Office Accounting 2007.

BCM is part of download2. There was a problem which was fixed a week ago.
Please confirm that the download file you are getting is X13-40150.exe which
is approx 385MB in size.

Mukesh: I just finished downloading the following two discs: X12-30196 and
X13-40150 Self Extracting Cabinet from the microsoft.com trial download
(Office Professional) There's no Outlook or contact manager. If fact, during
setup when it asks me to check the add-ins I want, I can check Accounting,
but not Business Contact Manager because it says I need Outlook. Can you
help?

Hi Rodney

Go to add /remove programs and highlight Microsoft Office 2007 and click on
changes. Then select add/remove features and check if Outlook is available.
If you have a red and if you do right click on the black arrow head and
select the option to run all from my computer .Once this is done click on
update

Then check what happens
