I have recently installed MS Office 2007 Professional 2007. When using
Outlook to create a new e-maill message, I click on the "TO" button to add
the recipient(s) address. When the "Select Names: Contacts" drop-down box
opens, every e-mail address for each name listed is showing up. Is there a
way to have the program display only the primary e-mail or "E-mail 1" address
in the "Select Names: Contacts" listing?
