Office 2007 Pro SLOW, hoses system????

I've got a 2.40 Pent4, a gig of RAM on a XP sp2 box. The box has been
running fine until I loaded Office 2007 Pro last week. The box is super slow
now? The Office2K7 apps are even slower. Are others seeing the same
problems?

Are you using Windows Desktop Search? Has it finished indexing?

I've since uninstalled Win Desktop search. WHAT A HOG, way more of a pigs
than running a Index Server on the box. System is back to normal now that
WDS is gone.
