Office 2007 product compatibility

Hello,

It is my understanding is that Office 2007 Word and Excel save in a new 2007
format.

Knowing new features would not be able to be saved...
Is there a way to lock the 2007 product into 2000/2003 compatibility so that
the user doesn't have to SAVE AS and select the older versions?

Try Word/Options/Save and choose the format that you want.
