Office 2007 Professional on Windows Vista Home Premium

Does Office 07 Professional install on Windows Vista Home Premium without any
problem?
In the past I needed to upgrade Windows XP Home to Windows XP Professional
before the installation of Access (Office Professional) was accepted.
The Laptop I want to buy has got Windows Vista Home Premium. The vendor says
it can not be upgraded to WVH Professional and I just want to make sure I
don't get a bad surprise, because the installation of Access is a must for me.

Access installs without problem on winxp home, there was some other problem
you encountered.

Office2007 installs ok on winxp* & Vista*
