Office 2007 Professional product key

I am trying to re-install 2007 on my PC. I had originally purchased the pc
"office ready" and had the credit card license key with no discs. I have a
full disc version of 2007 professional and thought that installing that and
then entering the product key from the original credit card license would
work but it is giving me "the key is incorrect, please verify the key is
correct and retype". I have checked it and know to look out for 8's and B's
etc but still not working. I thought it was possible to do this - any ideas?

If you have an MLK key (media licence kit) that is not applicable to any
retail version or office trial version
Your full disk version should have its own key

You most uninstall any & all versions of Office 2007 & reboot prior to
installing from any other scource
