Office 2007 Reinstall after installing Windows 7

I have the original discs for Office 2007 Professional and is installed on my
desktop. I tried to install this program on a laptop and I received a message
that it will not install since I have reached the number of installation
times. I can live with that. However, I plan on upgrading my desktop to
Windows 7. Will I have a problem trying to reinstall my Office program when I
switch. If so, how can this be solved.
