Office 2007 retail license

Hello

I have just purchased Vista ult and Office ult retail. Being that alot of my
multimedia applications do not work under Vista, I am going to do a dual boot
setup on the same hd. From my understanding, I can install office on 3
computers in the house. Would the dual boot be considered 2 of these?
Ultimately <pun intended of my purchases :) > I would like to install it on
both operating systems on my computer, on my laptop, and also on my wife's
computer. It would be more convenient for me to access the documentts stored
on a shared partition than having to reboot every time I need one.

Also, is it possible to share 1 pst file between both op systems, so that I
can access the email and contacts from either system without having to reboot
or keep a copy of the message on the server. Thanks

Retail-box copies of Office 2007 Home and Student Edition allow
installation on three devices. Retail-box copies of Office 2007
Ultimate Edition allow installation on two devices. Two operating
system partitions counts as two devices. An Outlook .pst file in one OS
partition will be invisible to the other OS partition.
