Office 2007 Ribbon: supertip with image

I've noticed that some of the build-in buttons on the ribbon do have images
next to the supertip text. Is it possible to specify those images for custom
buttons in the ribbon xml file?

No. Unfortunately (from the developer point of view) what you can do with the
SuperTip is very limited. You can't link Help to it, or remove that "F1"
message, nor add a picture.
