office 2007 rtm on Vista 2007 rtm using blackberry

I am using the Office 2007 RTM, Vista Ultimate RTM and Blackberry 4.2.0.10
desktop manager.

Using USB, I am not able to sync any data to my Backberry 8700c handheld
device.

The OS has the drive rinstalled, Blackberry Desktop Manager sees that the
device is connected.

When I sync, it goes thru like it should but no data is transferred.

Help please.
